  • But if I will see a pre-auth on my credit card . How can I recover my money?. How many time I have to wait for the return of my money.? . I have bought a domain today 13/07/2017 called transvic.com.pe for $61.10 . I did not get any email about order . My credit card was charged . But when I am looking for this domain , the domain is available. The truth , I want to recover my money . But if someone have a solution or I have to wait some hours for activation so I will do it.

    I am from Lima- Peru. 1$ is so expensive here.

    I just have bought domain "micstores.net" on Enom with 24,57$
    However, my money is lost but there is not any feedback infomation or email about the domain name I bought :((
    Please  help me.

    Why is there no history of ordering a domain, I also ordered, sent to the cart, then paid. Payment has passed, and the domain has not appeared in the office, I've been waiting for two days, support is not responding to the mail, support is at a very low level.

    there is no support by phone (took me 2 times more than 20 minutes without any reply).

    there is no support by ticket system (answered by bots? definitely no answer what i was asking for).

    there is no help at all.

    if you would offer such a "service" in europe, you could close the company instantly.

     

    no repsonse. no help. no service. just take away lot of money for nothing, zero !

    Same problem here. The domain registration failed but my credit card was credited.

    Where is the support ? I called the support number but no answer. Does anyone have the support email address ? I can't find it anywhere in their web site!!!

    I have a similar problem , a client domain expired for two days , i paid for renewal , the money is gone, no email , no transaction history and the domain is still expired. What is going on? The support is not answering. i will transfer all my domains away if i lose this domain.

    I can't renew the a domain, every time I try to do it since 3 days ago I get a rejection message, also enom doesn't respond to my request support messages either
